The Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced in Statement No. 11: The heroic Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targeted a remote-controlled surface vessel (USV/SMPAD) belonging to the terrorist U.S. military that intended to enter the protected zone of the Strait of Hormuz.
The statement added: By the grace and favor of the Almighty and Avenger God, any futile movement by the enemy is under the surveillance of the brave and devoted personnel of the IRGC Navy and will be decisively attacked.
