Failure of the Collapse Scenario: Army at the Peak of Combat Readiness
Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesperson for the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, during a visit to the units of the 65th Rapid Response Special Forces Brigade (NOHED), assessed the country’s defense status. He emphasized that all enemy plots to undermine national will and Iran’s territorial integrity have collided with the solid barrier of the Armed Forces and popular support. He described the 65th Brigade as a strategic unit whose missions extend beyond the tactical level, carrying significant strategic implications at both national and international levels.
Defeat of Enemy Calculations: From the Illusion of Days to the Dream of Partition
Analyzing the enemy’s strategy in the ongoing conflict, Brigadier General Akraminia noted: “The enemy, through miscalculation, assumed it could destroy Iran’s military capability in a short period; however, the resilience of the Armed Forces and the Iranian nation shattered all these calculations.”
Revealing the true objectives of recent aggressions, the Army spokesperson stated: “The enemy’s goals were not limited to nuclear or missile issues; they sought to overthrow the establishment and partition Iran. Yet today, months later, not only have none of these goals been realized, but the enemy has become trapped in a strategic deadlock.”
Pillars of Resilience: The Faith of Combatants and National Cohesion
The Army spokesperson identified “faith and motivation” as the driving force behind the resistance of the Armed Forces on the battlefield. He added: “Equipment and facilities are an important part of combat power, but what sustained our Armed Forces on the field was a deep belief in defending the establishment and the homeland.”
Brigadier General Akraminia also considered the role of the people as decisive, stating: “The Iranian nation, by participating in fields and gatherings, in addition to demonstrating unity, boosted the morale of the combatants and increased the sense of responsibility for the country’s security.”
Decision-Making Deadlock in the White House
Referring to the complex domestic situation in the United States, the Army spokesperson said: “The U.S. President is under severe pressure from warmongering lobbies and Zionist factions for new acts of malice on one hand, and faces opposition from domestic public opinion on the other; the combination of these pressures has made the decision-making space difficult and complex for Washington.”
In conclusion, emphasizing the intelligence and operational dominance of Iran’s Armed Forces, he stated: “We are continuously upgrading our deterrence capability and are precisely monitoring all developments and threats; the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is fully prepared for any situation.”
