General Staff’s Stern Warning on the Ineffectiveness and Impotence of the U.S. Navy

The Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces and Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, emphasizing the consolidation of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s robust defensive deterrence, asserted that the country’s armed forces have rendered the U.S. Navy’s maritime power ineffective, and that under no temporal or operational circumstances will the re-entry of American warships into the Persian Gulf be permitted.

Iran’s New Red Line in Regional Maritime Security

Major General Ali Abdollahi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces and Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, outlining the nation’s defense achievements, announced that the Islamic Republic’s armed forces’ deterrence strategy has neutralized the military prestige of the U.S. Army in the region.

Highlighting the inability of Washington’s naval vessels to cope with Iran’s military surveillance, he stressed: “Our glorious armed forces have successfully rendered the U.S. Navy—which White House leaders and Donald Trump touted as the pinnacle of their power to threaten the region and the world—completely ineffective.” This situation has stripped their fleet of the capability to approach the waters of the Persian Gulf and Iran’s territorial borders.

Permanent Closure of the Persian Gulf to the U.S. Military Fleet

Emphasizing that the return of the U.S. Army to the Persian Gulf is ruled out and impossible, the Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters noted: “The U.S. President can only dream of American military personnel and forces ever re-entering this strategic waterway; they will take this fantasy to the grave forever. Under no circumstances or conditions will military vessels be granted permission to enter the Persian Gulf.”

White House Contradictions and Fear of the Strait of Hormuz

Referring to overt contradictions in the strategic and political stances of the U.S. president, Major General Abdollahi said: “On one hand, they claim Iran’s strategic facilities have been obliterated; on the other, they repeatedly harp on the necessity of preventing Iran from acquiring weapons.” This incoherent rhetoric and continuous raving serve only domestic propaganda purposes, designed to deceive the American public and the global community.

Challenging Washington’s military claims, he continued: “If Iran’s defense capability has indeed been dismantled based on these claims, what explains the utter lack of courage among U.S. naval vessels and military forces to approach the Strait of Hormuz and our nation’s land and sea borders?”

Consolidating the Attrition Strategy and the Agony of Aggressors

Underscoring the role of leadership, national resolve, and coordination among the country’s defense pillars, the Chief of Staff stated: “Iran’s robust governance and popular framework has embarked on a path that will bog down the invading forces of the U.S. and the Zionist regime in a self-made quagmire.” Prolonging any imposed confrontation, in accordance with the doctrine of a strong Iran, will drive the aggressor party toward further operational decline and decay within the region’s security equations.
